Surgical Costs for Self-Pay Patients – Basic Packages
Gastric Sleeve – As low as $10,500*
Costs Included in Sleeve:
- Surgeon Fee
- Surgical Facility Fee
- Anesthesiologist Fee
- All office visits before and after surgery for life
- Pre-op labs and EKG done in our office
- Pre-op dietician visit
(Note, the majority of our sleeve patients are able to have surgery at a surgery center and go home the same day. However, if you have a medical condition that would require you having surgery in a hospital setting or staying overnight there would be a small additional fee.)
Gastric Sleeve Add On Surgery – As low as $4,495*
Reduced add on sleeve fee when combined and done at the same time as a general surgery procedure, such as:
- Paraesophogeal Hernia Repair
- Lap Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Removal)
- Incisional / Abdominal Wall Hernia Repair
- Lap-Band Removal (due to complications)
(Note, the majority of our sleeve add on patients are able to have surgery at a surgery center and go home the same day. However, if you have a medical condition that would require you having surgery in a hospital setting or staying overnight there would be an additional fee.)
LAP-BAND® Removal – As low as $2,500*

Costs included in the Orbera® Procedure:
- All pre- and post-operative office visits with Nicholson Clinic medical team (includes initial consultation and follow-up appointments monthly for 12 months after insertion)
- Surgical fee for Nicholson Clinic doctors (includes placement and removal)
- Day Surgery Center fee
